2025 Estate Trousseau Rose
Tasting notes
Aromas of juicy cantaloupe, ripe white peach, and tropical guava. The palate is layered with zesty grapefruit and lush stone fruit, while a subtle note of fresh sage lends a crisp, herbal lift to the finish.
Production notes
Trousseau and Trousseau Gris were destemmed to tank and underwent a 48-hour ambient skin soak before being pressed together. The wine was fermented and aged entirely in stainless steel for four and a half months.
