2024 Le Pavillon Riesling
Tasting notes
Sourced from one of the Willamette Valley’s oldest own-rooted sites, this Riesling offers both richness and detail. Aromatics unfold with lime, dried apricot, ginger, and honey, layered over herbal and mineral notes of mint, thyme, and slate. Fermented in both stainless steel and neutral oak, then aged on gross lees, the wine carries a gentle sweetness balanced by bright acidity and a sleek, oily texture. The palate shows apricot jam, orange marmalade, and wet stone, finishing supple and lifted.
Production notes
Whole bunch pressed. Fermented in barrel, (53%) and stainless steel, (47%) for 4 weeks then both wines combined and aged on gross lees in stainless steel for a further 5 ½ months before bottling.

Le Pavillon Vineyard is a historic 10-acre estate in Oregon's Red Hills of the Dundee Hills AVA, planted in 1972 with own-rooted, dry-farmed vines. Farmed organically and biodynamically, its volcanic Jory soils and fractured basalt produce wines with distinctive earth-driven character, vibrant complexity, and remarkable aging potential.
