Tropical aromas of guava and grapefruit, followed by citrus, raspberry and white peach on the palate, balanced with crisp acidity and a saline finish.
Trousseau, destemmed to tank and sat on skins for 24 hours. Trousseau Gris destemmed to tank and sat on skins for 24 hrs. Pressed off together and fermented and aged in stainless steel for 4.5 mths.
