Aromas of bright berries lead into a fresh citrus palate with lively minerality in our Estate Sparkling Rose of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.
Destemmed to tank. Ambient soak on skins for 48 hrs. Drained and then pressed off to tank. Fermented and aged in stainless steel for 5 months.
