Vibrant aromas of grapefruit, crisp green apple and subtle floral hints are complemented by notes of pear drops, lime zest and a delicate biscuit note on the palate.
Whole bunch pressed. Racked to tank after 24 hrs. Fermented and aged in stainless steel for 5 months.
