2023 Estate Cabernet Franc
Tasting notes
This Cabernet Franc reveals a complex and inviting bouquet, where vibrant pepper jam and ripe raspberry mingle with aromatic thyme, warm cardamom, and subtle hints of plum and cassis. A whisper of cool menthol and tomato leaf adds intrigue, setting the stage for a richly textured palate. On the palate, firm tannins and slate-like minerality provide structure, while notes of blackcurrant and charred green pepper unfold with graceful intensity. The wine’s bright acidity and layered depth promise rewarding evolution with time, making it an excellent candidate for extended cellar aging.
