Vibrant gold in the glass, this unique expression of Trousseau Gris offers layered aromas of candied lemon peel, green tea, banana chip, and delicate florals. The palate is lush and textured, with notes of papaya, guava, and white peach balanced by a gentle waxiness and a hint of candied ginger. Native to France’s Jura region, Trousseau Gris is an expressive variety, showcasing both richness and vibrancy. A lingering finish highlights its depth and complexity, making this an intriguing and dynamic wine.
Production notes
Grapes were destemmed into macro bins and cold soaked for 48 hours. Barrel fermented and aged in stainless steel (43%), neutral French Oak (34%) and Amphora (23%). 7 month elevage.
