Our 23 Sparkling Blanc de Blanc delights with vibrant aromas of grapefruit and subtle floral hints. On the palate, crisp green apple, lime, and pear flavors are complemented by a delicate biscuit note, creating a refreshing and elegant finish.
Direct Pressed, whole cluster in tank, racked after 24 hours to tank and fermented together. Fermented to dryness.
