Carlton Hill Vineyard
Established in 1999, Carlton Hill Vineyard is a standout site in the heart of the Yamhill-Carlton AVA. This 11-acre vineyard, sustainably farmed and LIVE certified since 2004, is planted with a mix of Pinot Noir clones (777, 115, Pommard, and Wadenswil) on ancient ocean bed soils of Peavine and Willakenzie. Its east-facing slope captures optimal sunlight while benefiting from cooling evening shade, producing elegant, balanced wines with vibrant berry flavors.
La Colina Vineyard
Planted exclusively to Pinot Noir in 1999, La Colina Vineyard sits on a southeast-facing hill in the Dundee Hills AVA, surrounded by forests. Its deep, free-draining volcanic Jory soils produce wines with vibrant color, heightened aromatics, earthy depth, and a silky texture. Benefiting from cool maritime breezes via the Van Duzer Corridor, the vineyard thrives in a protected yet temperate climate. Certified under the rigorous LIVE sustainability program, La Colina is home to Pinot Noir clones Pommard, Wadenswil, 114, 115, and 777, all trellised using vertical shoot positioning at an elevation of 600 feet.
