2022 Coury Clone Pinot Noir
Tasting notes
Expressive and layered, the 2022 Estate Coury Clone Pinot Noir showcases the unique character of this historic Oregon selection. Aromas of huckleberry, salmonberry, and rose water are accented by hints of bergamot and saline minerality. The palate unfolds with blackberry, cherry, and plum alongside notes of blood orange, cinnamon, and cocoa. Violet and black tea add savory complexity, while fine, lightly chalky tannins and bright acidity carry through to a long, citrus-tinged finish. This wine highlights the Coury Clone’s hallmark mix of spice, dark fruit, and lifted aromatics in a graceful, ageworthy expression.
