Bing cherry, boysenberry and cranberry aromas lead into notes of Doris plum and spiced cola on the palate framed by midweight tannins.
Grapes were hand-picked and destemmed into 1.5T Macro Bins.
Pumped over once per day. Pressed off after 17 days on skins. Aged in 33% new French oak.
