2022 Estate Pinot Noir
Tasting notes
Aromatics are dark fruited with Blackberry and rich with cacao nibs and baking spice. Strawberry, cherry and cranberry on the palate with a soft pepper nish. Age Ability: 5-7 years.
A blend of all of the Estate's Pinot Noir clones, (777, Wadenswil, Mt. Eden, 2AA, Swan, 4407, 90, Coury, 943,). 25% whole cluster. Aged in 20% new French oak for 10 months.
