Tasting notes
Underripe blackberry, bing cherry and blonde tobacco, balanced with a palate of dried cranberry, baking spice and rosehip.
Fruit was 25% whole-cluster fermented in a 3-ton stainless steel tank and aged in 23% new French oak for 15 months.

Carlton Hill Vineyard
Established in 1999, Carlton Hill Vineyard is a standout site in the heart of the Yamhill-Carlton AVA. This 11-acre vineyard, sustainably farmed and LIVE certified since 2004, is planted with a mix of Pinot Noir clones (777, 115, Pommard, and Wadenswil) on ancient ocean bed soils of Peavine and Willakenzie. Its east-facing slope captures optimal sunlight while benefiting from cooling evening shade, producing elegant, balanced wines with vibrant berry flavors.
