2022 Carlton Hill Pinot Noir

Our 2022 Carlton Hill Pinot Noir presents a complex bouquet of underripe blackberry, dark berry, vanilla, and a hint of eucalyptus. The palate offers layers of cranberry, red cherry, spice, nutmeg, and orange rosehips, with a touch of sage for a sophisticated finish.
Fermented in 3-ton stainless steel tanks and aged for 15 months in 25% new oak, with 30% whole cluster inclusion. This 4-barrel blend was bottled in February 2024.
