2021 Tempranillo
Tasting notes
Our 2021 Tempranillo opens with a bouquet of red fruits, blackberry cordial, and subtle notes of tobacco and dry leaves. Layers of cedar, cola, black olive, sarsaparilla, and a hint of vanilla enrich the palate, culminating in a complex and satisfying finish.
50% new Oregon oak barrels, 2 Neutral oak barrels 12 months; racked them into neutral oak for another 6 months. Bottled June of 2023. Coventina vineyard is in southern Oregon
