Our Cassin Vineyard Pinot Noir enchants with a nose of hibiscus, pepper, cherry, pomegranate, and cranberry. The palate reveals layers of raspberry, blackberry, cherry cola, and red plum, supported by medium-plus tannins for a rich and structured finish.
Fermented in an open-top vessel and then racked into French oak, with 25% new oak, this wine undergoes a 10-month élevage, enhancing its depth and complexity.
