Tasting notes
Black cherry, sweet spice and resin encircle a structured palate with weighty tannins and earthy undertones. On the palate, dark brambly fruit is balanced with hints of nutmeg, clove and cedar.
Production notes
Fruit was destemmed and pressed off after 14 days into 33% new French oak for 10 months and then transferred into two clay amphora for 6 months of further aging.
